We received great service from alfredo
The place is very nice, whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. The only downside is that you have to leave your car at the valet parking lot, and the parking lot is very small. But it's worth a visit.
I come to this particular restaurant and branch often (a frequent customer), and I've been visiting the Potzocalli chain for 35 years. However, I've noticed that the quality, weight, and service have declined. But I remain loyal and will continue to be. I have no complaints about the waitstaff; always Alfredo or Danae Gaby, they are very attentive and efficient.
Order Pozole on Thursday...it was AWESOME! it was to go, so thats why 1 star on service and atmosphere.

Good food. Good place. Delicious chili en nogada. The pozole dish is generous. They charge you 15% for waiter service. That service is not always excellent. Everything else excellent.
